Mech-Power Generator is the leading manufacturer in the assembly, sale and service of diesel powered generator sets. Incorporated on 14 November 1983, Mech-Power has supplied varied types of generator systems to the power generation industry in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. We pride ourselves with the numeruos prestigious projects and also in the design and manufacturing of supporting equipments such as the generator (Auto Mains Failure/Synchronising) control panels and switchboards, exhaust silencers (industrial/residential/critical), skidbase frame, air intake/discharge sound attenuators, bulk fuel storage tanks to BS2594 standard, weatherproof/soundproof enclosures ranging from 60 - 85 dBA. We market our product under the trade name "Mech-Power". Mech-Power Sdn Bhd located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with a built up area of more than 60,000 sq ft. assembly and testing plant produces generator sets for export to the Asia Pacific region. Mech-Power assembles and sells a wide range of generator sets from a capacity of 20-KVA to 2,500-KVA. We have also installed multiple 4000kVA high tension generator sets for the Water authorities in Singapore for the production of Newater. These generator sets were coupled using reputable engine brands such as MITSUBISHI, MAN, PERKINS, VOLVO PENTA, MTU, CATERPILLAR, JOHN DEERE and alternators such as LEROY SOMER, STAMFORD, MECC ALTE, AVK, MARELLI etc. These generator sets can be installed in acoustic/weatherproof enclosure, mounted on trailer, rubber tyre gantries, generator rooms, civil defence shelter, etc to meet the stringent requirements of various applications in industrial, commercial and military users. Mech-Power also fabricate and manufacture portable resistive load banks (100 - 2000kW) complete with control panel , and RTG operator cabins. Mech-Power is the first Singapore based generator set supplier to supply more than 120 units of RTG generator sets for reefer containers and rubber tyre ganty generator sets to the Port of Singapore Authority. Mech-Power has supplied more than 120 units of RTG generator sets to the Port of Singapore.							We assembled generator sets with the varied brand of diesel engines such as MTU 4000 series engine above Diesel generator powered Rubber Tyre Gantry Cranes (RTG)


Mech-Power Generator achieved ISO 9000 Certification In Quality Management System in 1994. In 1995, Mech-Power Generator was awarded the Enterprise 50 award in Singapore. Mech-Power is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board in electical engineering and mechanical equipment plant & machinery. In 2002, Mech-Power secured an exclusive distributor rights from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for Mitsubishi engines in Singapore.
